TEA TREE for everyday use...

Tea tree is also known as melaleuca oil. This is native to Australia but also grown in many different countries. Tea tree oil has been used traditionally as herbal medicine.



Tea tree is well known for its uses and benefits. It is also the most commonly used essential oil for its anti-fungal, anti-bacterial properties.


The most common use of the tea tree essential oil is treating acne, head lice, and treating dandruff. But one of the most effective ways of using a tea tree is for your foot. Relaxing your feet after a long day of work is the most stress relieving part. Adding tea tree and Epsom salt into warm water and soaking your feet will reduce the soreness from a long day of work.





*Dilute it with your face wash and get rid of pimples or dilute it in shampoo for getting rid of head lice.


*Make all-purpose cleaner by adding 15 drops of tea tree into a half a cup of water and half a cup of apple cider vinegar, shake well and spray directly onto surface and wipe it with a clean cloth.


*Diffusing tea tree helps to kill germs, it reduces anxiety, treats insomnia. While massage helps to reduce the sore muscles, relieves pain, minor cuts, and bites.



Here are the tips to use tea tree oil:


*Dilute 10-12 drops of tea tree oil into 1 fl oz of water for making air freshener.

*Blend 2 drops of tea tree, 2 drops of lemon, 2 drops of peppermint into a diffuser for getting rid of germs.

*To relieve in cold, use 2 drops of tea tree, and Vicks and add it in warm water, now inhale it with your eyes closed.

*Combine your tea tree with a base oil and massage it over the sore muscles and relieve pain.
